Yiwei Lithium Energy: Intends to extend the reduction period and decrease its stake in SmartMoore International by 3.5%.

EVE Battery Investment Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Billion Power Limited, announced that it holds a 30.73% stake in Simo International. In order to enhance market value management, the company plans to continue its previous share reduction plan, authorizing the chairman to reduce its stake in Simo International by no more than 3.5%, approximately 216.5785 million shares, within one year through block trades, centralized bidding trades, and other methods. This share reduction plan does not constitute a related party transaction or a significant asset reorganization, and does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting.
