Health Biotech (02161) plans to acquire the entire issued share capital of Jianfutang Chinese Medicine Group for HK$38 million.

Wisdom Finance APP News, Jianbei Miao (02161) announced that on June 16, 2025, the buyer Winner Win Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the seller Ever Development Holdings Limited entered into a purchase agreement. The buyer conditionally agreed to acquire and the seller conditionally agreed to sell the sale shares (i.e. the entire issued share capital of the target company), with a total price of HK$38 million (subject to adjustment) under the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement.
