A total of 57.472 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.228 per share by the placement agent to no fewer than 6 underwriters according to the placement agreement. The net proceeds received by the company from the placement (after deducting all related costs, expenses, and commissions) is approximately HK$12.6 million, representing a net amount of approximately HK$0.220 per share of placement shares.
