Due to the combined impact of the high-level trough and the first typhoon "Butterfly" of this year, the rainfall in the Qiantang River basin in the past 48 hours was 68.9 millimeters. At 14:20 on June 16th, the water level at the Lanxi station in the Qiantang River basin reached the warning level of 28 meters, and the first numbered flood of this year occurred in the Qiantang River.
