Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Nonferrous Mining (01258) announced that on November 20, 2024, January 24, 2025, and April 25, 2025, the company, SM Minerals, and AM shareholders entered into a preliminary agreement regarding the transfer of 5265 shares of SM Minerals stock (5% of SM Minerals' total issued share capital) for a consideration of 5 million US dollars.
