Hong Kong stocks of Hang Lung Properties (00012.HK) rose over 3% in the morning after recently announcing that a major tenant at its Central Waterfront project has signed a lease agreement ahead of schedule.
According to the Wise Wealth APP, Henderson Land Development (00012.HK) rose more than 3% in the morning, and as of the time of publication, it rose by 2.92% to HK$26.45, with a turnover of HK$1.19 billion.
