The 17th Cross-Strait Forum conference is held in Xiamen today.

The 17th Cross-Strait Forum Conference was held this morning at the Xiamen International Conference Center. This forum invited over 7000 participants from all sectors of Taiwan, including the former chairman of the Chinese Nationalist Party Ma Ying-jeou, who led a group of Taiwanese youths. This year's Cross-Strait Forum continues the theme of "expanding civil exchanges and deepening integrated development," hosting main forum activities as well as 56 activities in grassroots exchanges, youth exchanges, cultural exchanges, and economic exchanges. The main venue of the forum is located in Xiamen, with activities concentrated over the course of one week.
