Guangzhou Railway Group has taken multiple measures to meet Typhoon "Butterfly".
According to a report released by Guangzhou Railway Group on the 14th, in order to deal with the impact of Typhoon "Butterfly" weather and ensure the safety of railway transportation in severe weather conditions, Guangzhou Railway Group promptly launched an emergency response to the typhoon, conducted advance assessments, took proactive measures to avoid risks, decisively suspended trains entering and leaving Hainan Province, organized a team of more than 4,000 emergency rescue workers, strengthened patrols and surveillance of rivers, dykes, and reservoirs along the railway lines, and intensified inspections and investigations of key bridges, tunnels, and sections prone to erosion along the river banks.
