New stock news | Shuangdeng Group's Hong Kong IPO and domestic unlisted shares "fully circulated" have been filed.

According to the Zhitong Financial APP, on June 13th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Filing of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Shuangdeng Group Co., Ltd. and Full Circulation of Unlisted Shares in China." The company plans to issue up to 137,336,450 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, 10 shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 83,495,700 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
