Zhilian Finance APP News, Green Eco Technology International (00195.HK) announced that the company has established an Independent Directors Committee under the board of directors in accordance with the rules 2.1 and 2.8 of the acquisition rules, to provide advice to eligible shareholders on the acquisition offer. The Independent Directors Committee includes Ms. Nating Sri Lin Meiling, Mr. Jin Yuliang, and Ms. Peng Wenting, all of whom are independent non-executive directors who do not have direct or indirect interests in the acquisition offer.
