According to the Wisdom Financial News App, on June 13, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Beijing Jizhi Jia Technology Co., Ltd. and the Full Circulation of Domestic Unlisted Shares" of the company. The company plans to issue no more than 226,080,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, 39 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 846,074,883 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for circulation.
