Chint Electric International: Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Solar Project in Zambia

Chengdian International Announcement: On June 12, 2025, the company respectively signed the "Zambia CHOMA Region 50MW Photovoltaic Project Strategic Cooperation Agreement" and the "Zambia Namaremdou Solar Park 10MW Photovoltaic Project Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Zambia Energy Pool Resources Limited and Zambia Kafue Gorge Regional Training Center. According to the agreements, both parties will jointly develop photovoltaic projects in Zambia and cooperate comprehensively on aspects such as project preparation, investment and financing, development and construction, and operation management. Chengdian International will invest in cash and technology, with a holding of 85% and 90% respectively, and the cooperation period is 3 years. The strategic cooperation agreements signed this time do not involve specific amounts, and the impact on the company's future operating performance will depend on the progress and implementation of the projects.
