Financial Express News, Wanbangda (300055.SZ) announced that, in order to effectively expand the company's business scope and industry layout, enhance the company's competitive advantage in the field of new materials, the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Party B") intends to sign the "Huainan Environmental Protection New Material Automobile Interior Project Contract" with the Huainan High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Party A"). The total planned investment for the project is expected to be 1 billion yuan, to be implemented in stages. The first phase of investment is estimated to be 200 million yuan, and will involve the construction of 4 automotive interior leather production lines.
