Guangda Environment (00257) subsidiary Guangda Environmental Protection China has completed the issuance of 1 billion yuan in technology innovation bonds.

Intelligent Finance and Economics APP news, Guangda Environment (00257) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangda Environmental Protection China has successfully issued the first phase of technology innovation bonds of Guangda Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd. in China on June 12, 2025. The bond issue amount is 1 billion yuan, with a term of 3 years and an annual interest rate of 1.85%. The funds raised from the bond issuance will be used to repay interest-bearing debts of Guangda Environmental Protection China and its subsidiaries and/or supplement working capital.
