Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: Launching pilot reforms of professional and technical talent management services.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice to carry out pilot reforms of professional and technical talent management services. The notice specifies that within 2 years, pilot reforms of 24 professional and technical talent management services will be conducted in 6 aspects including post-doctoral work, professional titles and qualifications, continuing education, expert work, returning of overseas students, comprehensive services and other aspects. During the pilot period, each province and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are allowed to adjust the pilot items and content according to actual conditions. Each pilot item can specify 1 to 2 cities or talent-intensive units such as universities, research institutes, and technology-leading enterprises as specific pilot units.
