Improve the system of blacklisting bribe givers and recipients in the pharmaceutical procurement and sales sector, and the system for recording bad units. Enhance the responsibility of social organizations in the pharmaceutical industry for business guidance, standardize part-time compensation, journal management, conference organizing, and strictly review branch office establishment, actively guide industry associations to enhance their professionalism and credibility.
