Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, CITIC Securities (06030.HK) announced that recently, the company received the "Administrative License Decision Letter of the People's Bank of China" (Yin Xu Yun Decree [2025] No. 73). According to the administrative license decision letter, the People's Bank of China has approved the company to issue up to 15 billion RMB in technology innovation bonds, with the approved amount valid for two years from the date of issuance of the decision letter. During the validity period, the company can choose the timing of issuing the bonds in installments.
