"It is recommended that Yan'an City, Yulin City, Xianyang City, Baofu City and Weinan City strengthen the inspection and investigation of mountain flood hidden dangers, do a good job in monitoring mountain flood disaster sites, timely release regional risk warning information, and organize personnel to evacuate safely in advance in accordance with the law," said the person in charge of the Provincial Water Conservancy Department.
