Bee Assistant Announcement: The company will hold a board meeting on June 11, 2025, to review and approve the purchase of 207 million shares of equity in Fengdang Technology held by Guangzhou Xiaodang, accounting for 30% of Fengdang Technology's total share capital. The transaction amount is 206 million RMB. After this transaction is completed, Bee Assistant's ownership of Fengdang Technology will increase from 483 million shares to 690 million shares, and its proportion of total share capital will increase from 70% to 100%. Bee Assistant will pay the transaction amount with its own funds. This transaction does not involve related party transactions and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
