Li Wenbing, former Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Yunnan Province, is under disciplinary review and investigation.

According to the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Li Wenbing, former Party Secretary and Director of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, has voluntarily surrendered, and is currently undergoing discipline inspection and supervision investigation by the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
