Zhuhai Port announced that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chen Shaoxing, resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee on June 4, 2025, due to a job adjustment. Chen Shaoxing did not hold any shares of the company, and his resignation did not result in the Board of Directors falling below the minimum required by law, and did not impact the company's normal operations. The company expressed gratitude for Chen Shaoxing's contributions during his tenure and will promptly complete the process of supplementary election and appointment.
