The registered capital is approximately 30.2838 million yuan, and the business scope includes: basic geological exploration; geological exploration technical services; petroleum and natural gas technical services; Internet of Things application services; software development; artificial intelligence application software development; integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, etc. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by China Petrochemical's China Petrochemical Oil Exploration and Development Research Institute Co., Ltd., and China Petrochemical's Petroleum Geophysical Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.
