As a first-class national port, Huludao Port is an important maritime gateway in the Northeast region. Huludao Port has a total of 4 port areas, with only Liutiaogou Port area previously approved for opening to the outside world. The Suizhong Port area, which was inspected this time, is located on the northwest coast of Liaodong Bay, serving as the western gateway for maritime transportation in the three northeastern provinces.
