Hai Zheng Pharmaceutical: Subsidiary obtains new veterinary drug registration certificate.

Announcement from Hai Zheng Pharmaceuticals: Its holding subsidiary Zhejiang Hai Zheng Animal Health Products Co., Ltd. has received the approved "New Veterinary Drug Registration Certificate" for the non-oral chewable tablets from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China. The new veterinary drug product has officially obtained the approval as a Class II new veterinary drug. The non-oral chewable tablets are used to relieve pain and inflammation caused by canine osteoarthritis and clinical surgery. In June 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs accepted the new veterinary drug registration application for non-oral chewable tablets jointly submitted by Hai Zheng Animal Health Company and other units. Currently, the above-mentioned product has the production conditions, and will be launched after obtaining the veterinary drug product approval number. It will not have a significant impact on the company's performance in the short term.
