Oil and gas stocks rose before the market, as crude oil prices climbed following OPEC+ member countries agreeing to a July production increase lower than expected. Before the market on Monday, components of the S&P 500 Energy Index all rose, with APA, Devon Energy, and Occidental Petroleum leading the gains.
