On the evening of June 2, Qianyuan Power announced that its Chairman, Luo Tao, has applied to resign from his positions as Chairman, Director, Convener of the Board's Strategic Committee, and committee member due to work reasons. After resigning, Luo Tao will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The company will quickly complete the election process for new directors and a new Chairman in accordance with legal procedures.
