Relevant departments in the Pearl River Basin have already put in place defense measures to prevent flooding. At the Lubaowatergate in the North River Basin in Foshan, Guangdong, reporters observed that all four gates were opened to release water, and staff were monitoring the water level of the river at the watergate in real time.
