On the morning of May 30, 2025, the Xingqing District People's Court of Yinchuan City in accordance with the law publicly announced the first instance judgment of the criminal case involving the "621" special major gas explosion accident at Yinchuan Fuyang Barbecue Restaurant. The investors and actual operators of Yinchuan Fuyang Barbecue National Street Store, Zhang Hongxian and Liu Guo, the actual controller of Ningxia Longjiang Clean Energy Co., Ltd., Cui Wenbo, the legal representative and shareholder of Ningxia Guohua Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and 15 other defendants were sentenced to six to one year in prison for the crime of a major responsibility accident or providing false certification documents, prohibiting three of the defendants from engaging in related professions for a certain period of time. Three defendants with lighter guilt and meeting statutory conditions, who are frontline employees, were granted probation in accordance with the law.
