OPEC+ on Saturday appears to once again worry oil bulls, as they may increase supply to the global oil market again, although the current market doesn't seem to urgently need additional supply. In fact, up to one-third of the production increase plan announced by the organization may not be able to be realized, resulting in even less crude oil entering the global market.
