From "knowledge assets" to "financial assets", China's scientific research institutions have successfully issued the first knowledge property securitization.

Recently, the CNIC Nuclear Industry Physical and Chemical Engineering Institute, as the intellectual property rights holder, successfully issued the "CNIC BoLei 2025 No. 1 Phase 1 Knowledge Asset Support Special Plan" on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The initial issuance scale is 21 million yuan, with a securities term of 3 years, an issuance interest rate of 2.15%, setting a new low for similar projects of the same term. This is the first special plan for supporting knowledge asset in research institutions in China.
