Zhito Finance and Economics APP news, Longjin Environmental Protection (600388.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to invest RMB 75.075 million, acquire 20% of the equity of Zhejiang Jitai Smart Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jitai Smart") by purchasing part of the original shareholders' equity, and concurrently increase the capital of the target company.
