Shanghai Customs unveils 33 measures to continuously promote the facilitation of cross-border trade, exploring convenient customs clearance measures for imported goods related to the concept of "food and medicine sharing the same origin."

In order to further boost confidence in enterprises and promote the stability, quantity, and quality of foreign trade, Shanghai Customs, under the deployment of the General Administration of Customs, recently launched the 2025 Special Action Plan for Cross-Border Trade Facilitation in accordance with the relevant work requirements of Shanghai. Taking into account the actual work of Shanghai ports and the prominent demands of enterprises in the current foreign trade situation, on May 29, Shanghai Customs released the "Several Measures of Shanghai Customs' 2025 Special Action Plan to Promote Cross-Border Trade Facilitation", consisting of 5 aspects and 33 measures.
