ST Longyu: Xu Zengzeng resigns as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

ST Longyu announced on May 29th that the Chairman, Xu Zengzeng, has applied to resign from his positions as Chairman and Director of the company due to personal and health reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company. According to relevant regulations, Xu Zengzeng's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Until a new Chairman is elected by the board of directors, Liu Ce, a director of the company, will temporarily act as Chairman and legal representative.
