Longzhou Group: controlling subsidiary Zhongqi Hongyuan extends the suspension of work and production to November 30, 2025.

Longzhou shares announced on the evening of May 29th that the company's controlling subsidiary Zhongqi Hongyuan was temporarily suspended from production starting from January 1, 2024 due to factors such as the slowing down of the new energy bus market. Due to the market conditions and operating situation not showing significant improvement, the suspension of production was extended until May 31, 2025. As there has been no improvement in the operating situation of Zhongqi Hongyuan and no production arrangements in the short term, the suspension of production was further extended from June 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025. Zhongqi Hongyuan had no business orders for the year 2024, and this continued suspension of production has a minimal impact on the company's income.
