The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Semsung International (02155.HK) issued an announcement, indicating that starting from May 29, 2025, (i) Chen Yuanxiu was appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee and no longer serves as a member of the Board Remuneration Committee; and (ii) Junya Shojiro was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and no longer serves as a member of the Nomination Committee.
