NVIDIA provides a stable revenue outlook
Chip manufacturer NVIDIA has provided a strong forecast for current revenue. The company said on Wednesday that it expects sales for the second quarter ending in July to reach around $45 billion. This outlook shows that NVIDIA is increasing its production of its latest semiconductor design, Blackwell. The chip manufacturer dominates the market for artificial intelligence accelerators. AI accelerators are components that help develop and run AI models. NVIDIA's expanding hardware and software product lines also allow the company to sell more products to customers. As part of this strategy, the company is increasingly offering chips as part of a complete computer system to customers. NVIDIA said that this move is aimed at accelerating the deployment of more complex and powerful technologies. The company predicts that AI infrastructure will ultimately reshape multiple sectors of the economy, which CEO Jensen Huang refers to as part of the new industrial revolution. Huang stated in a release, "The global demand for NVIDIA's AI infrastructure is incredibly strong." After NVIDIA's financial report was released, the company's stock price rose in after-hours trading. Previously, the stock closed at $134.81 in New York, indicating almost no change since the beginning of 2025.
