The China Meteorological Administration continues to issue a yellow warning for meteorological drought at 18:00 on May 25th.

According to real-time meteorological drought monitoring, severe or above meteorological drought exists in provinces such as Shaanxi, Henan, and Gansu, with some areas experiencing extreme drought. It is expected that in the next 3 days, most of the drought-affected areas will have light to moderate rain, with heavy rain in southern Gansu and southwestern Shaanxi, which will help alleviate the drought situation. However, due to uneven distribution of precipitation, some areas will still experience meteorological drought.
