TikTok regulates the management of "street interviews and street snaps" content, focusing on investigating and handling 11 types of illegal and irregular behaviors.
TikTok has released a notice regarding the management of "street photography and interviews" related content. The notice states that a very small number of accounts use "flirting", "picking up girls", and "street photography" as their names, without others' consent, engaging in verbal and physical harassment, and posting and spreading content that may infringe on others' image rights and privacy rights. At the same time, the above behaviors attempt to spread negative values and disrupt public order. For related illegal and irregular behaviors, the platform implements the special work requirements of "cleaning up and regulating malicious marketing chaos in the short video field", continuously cracking down and strictly governing them. Specific disposal methods include but are not limited to banning accounts, taking down videos, revoking live streaming and profit-making permissions, erasing accounts' improperly gained fans, and clearing out irregularly operating MCN institutions. For serious cases, the platform will report to the public security organs.
