Intelligen Robotics is about to complete a new round of financing, with investors including JD.com and Shanghai Jushen Intelligent Fund.

From multiple sources, it has been exclusively learned that Zhiyuan Robot is about to complete a new round of financing. This round of investors include JD.com and the Shanghai Jushi Intelligent Fund, with some existing shareholders of Zhiyuan Robot also participating. The Shanghai Jushi Intelligent Fund, established in April 2025, is a state-owned fund jointly initiated by Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and the Pudong New Area, mainly investing in the upstream and downstream of the intelligent industry chain. Zhiyuan Robot is also the first investment made by this fund externally.
