HanChuan Intelligent: Filed a lawsuit against Ningde Times and its subsidiaries, involving an amount of approximately 60.88 million yuan.

Han River Intelligence announced on the evening of May 23 that the company had signed multiple contracts and orders with CATL and its subsidiaries, CATL Electric Services and CATL Horse, for the exchange of electric stations. The company fulfilled its obligations such as delivery, installation, and commissioning according to the contracts and orders. However, CATL and its subsidiaries did not fulfill their corresponding payment obligations as agreed in the contracts and orders. Their delaying of payment has constituted a serious breach of contract. The company has filed a lawsuit with the court and recently received a case acceptance notice from the Tong'an District Court of Xiamen, involving an amount of 60.8799 million yuan.
