The 25th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference issues a report on key concerns in Beijing.
The 25th Key Concerns Situation Briefing Meeting of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was held in Beijing on the afternoon of May 20th, with the theme of "Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for Preventing and Resolving Local Hidden Debt Risks". Preventing and resolving local hidden debt risks is an inherent requirement for coordinating development and security. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the work of preventing and resolving local hidden debt risks, and have formulated and implemented a comprehensive debt reduction plan, actively and prudently promoting the resolution of debt risks. At the briefing meeting, Vice Minister of Finance Song Qichao, Vice Governor of the People's Bank of China Zhu Hexin, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology Shan Zhongde respectively introduced the current situation of establishing a long-term mechanism for preventing and resolving local hidden debt risks, and interacted and exchanged views with some of the CPPCC members on the issues of concern at the scene.
