The Hong Kong Tourism Development Task Force held a press conference today to introduce the implementation of Hong Kong tourism hotspot projects. Hong Kong SAR Government Deputy Secretary for Home Affairs Kenneth Ng said that at the current stage, the task force has selected 9 projects with Hong Kong characteristics for implementation, including Hong Kong industrial brand tourism, in-depth tours of the old city of Central and Western District, opening up the former police station in Yau Ma Tei, developing and revitalizing the former Hung Hom Railway, and building the Taber Garden Purple Flower Wind Chime Garden. Ng said that he hopes the implementation of these projects can attract tourists to Hong Kong and drive the development of food and service industries.
