National Development and Reform Commission: High-end manufacturing, digital economy and other industries will be fully reflected in the new edition of the Catalogue of Industries Encouraging Foreign Investment.

On May 20, the National Development and Reform Commission held a press conference for the month of May. Li Chao, Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the NDRC and spokesperson for the Commission, stated that the work of revising and expanding the Catalogue of Industries Encouraging Foreign Investment has completed the public consultation phase, and is currently being modified and improved based on feedback from various sectors of society. The new version of the Catalogue will fully reflect the concerns of various sectors, including high-end manufacturing and the digital economy.
