On May 20th, the National Development and Reform Commission held a press conference for the month of May. During the conference, the spokesperson of the commission, Li Chao, stated that, on the basis of accelerating the implementation of established policies, the National Development and Reform Commission has worked with relevant departments to speed up the introduction of a number of measures to stabilize employment, stabilize the economy, and promote high-quality development. Currently, relevant departments are working to implement these measures quickly, with most of the policies planned to be implemented by the end of June. At the same time, the National Development and Reform Commission will continue to strengthen policy research and reserves normalization and open-up, constantly improving the toolbox of stabilizing employment and economy policies, to ensure that timely implementation can be put in place when needed.
