Hengda New Materials: Adjusting the Repurchase Price and Amount of Shares

Hengda New Materials announced that the upper limit of the repurchase price of shares has been adjusted from 36.34 yuan per share to 35.37 yuan per share. The total amount of repurchase funds has been adjusted from "not less than RMB 15 million and not more than RMB 30 million" to "not less than RMB 25 million and not more than RMB 50 million". This adjustment has been approved by the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company and does not require shareholder approval.
