The pre-class biology announcement stated that the company plans to sign a joint development agreement with Huazhong Agricultural University on the cooperation research and development of two projects: a trivalent inactivated vaccine for pleuropneumonia, streptococcal disease, and Pasteurella multocida disease in pigs; and a quadrivalent subunit vaccine for porcine circovirus disease, Glsser's disease, streptococcal disease, and chlamydia pneumonia. The company is required to pay a total of 4 million RMB to Huazhong Agricultural University for this cooperation. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization.
