In Guizhou province, 175,200 households enjoy a reduction of 1.574 billion yuan in deed tax.

According to the Guizhou Provincial Taxation Bureau, since the implementation of the new deed tax policy, a total of 175,200 households in the province have declared and enjoyed deed tax preferential treatment, an increase of 29.01% compared to the previous year; a total of 1.574 billion yuan in deed tax has been waived, an increase of 55.53% year-on-year; the average tax reduction per household is nearly 9,000 yuan, and the average tax reduction per household has increased by about 1,500 yuan. The relevant person in charge of the Guizhou Provincial Taxation Bureau stated that the tax policies have further promoted the release of housing demand, with data growing rapidly, reflecting the positive impact of the multiple tax incentives on the real estate market.
