On the evening of May 19, High-Energy Environment announced that the company has received a decision from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau to issue a warning letter to Beijing High-Energy Era Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Li Weiguo, Ling Jinming, and Wu Xiujiao. After investigation, it was found that the company's provision for goodwill impairment was not based on sufficient grounds, did not adequately consider the uncertainty of cooperation negotiations and the impact of changes in business strategies, and had a low realization rate after the profit forecast period. There were also issues with inaccurate disclosure of related party transactions, non-standard disclosure of goodwill impairment testing information, and inadequate implementation of internal controls for procurement and inventory management. Li Weiguo, as the Chairman of the company, Ling Jinming, as the General Manager, and Wu Xiujiao, as the former Financial Manager of the company, bear primary responsibility for the company's violations. The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter to the company and relevant individuals as an administrative supervision measure and to record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
