By 2027, it aims to tackle 100 key core technologies, with the technological level in areas such as graphics processors, AI operating systems, AI servers, and embodied intelligence ranking among the best in the country, nurturing 30 benchmark scenarios for artificial intelligence applications, achieving over 100 billion yuan in operating income for core artificial intelligence companies, forming 3 to 4 distinctive industrial clusters, and transforming the city into a national influential source of innovation for artificial intelligence basic technologies and a leading area for enabling applications.
