The 2025 Shanghai Cruise Port International Yachting race will begin.

The 2025 Shanghai International Sailing Race started in Shanghai on May 17, 2025. The event is co-hosted by the Chinese Sailing and Windsurfing Association, the Shanghai Sports Bureau, and the Baoshan District People's Government, with the support of the Baoshan District Riverside Committee, the Baoshan District Sports Bureau, and the Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port Development Co., Ltd. The competition adopts a unified design group, attracting 120 sailors from China, Singapore, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, and other countries, as well as 24 professional and amateur sailing teams.
